North Korea slammed President Donald Trump Saturday accusing him of being a "destroyer" and with "begged" for nuclear war through his first trip to Asia.
"Trump, during his trip, laid bare his true nature as a destroyer of world peace and stability and flew for a nuclear war on the Korean peninsula," a North Korean foreign ministry spokesman said in a statement carried by the state news agency KCNA. The spokesman added that nothing could dissuade Pyongyang from pursuing its nuclear weapons program. The backlash came following Trump warned North Korea not to underestimate the United States of America during a speech to the National Assembly of South Korea on Wednesday. "The plan has translated America's past restraint as weakness," Trump said as he wrapped up the South Korean summit of his Asia tour. "This could be a fatal miscalculation. This is a very complex administration than the US has had in the history. "I say to the North: Don't underestimate us, nor attempt us," he cautioned North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un. Trump called for quick action from world powers to quit supporting North Korea through commerce. Also, he addressed Kim directly, urging him to abandon his regime's weapons and accept the United States' offer of a "path to a better future." As Trump flew to Hanoi, Vietnam, where he is expected to attend a state banquet the statement was released by KCNA. A senior U.S. official and a retired U.S. military officer briefed on policy said this week that Trump was engaged in brinkmanship with North Korea to demonstrate strength and encourage the program's backers to use their leverage over Pyongyang. But critics say that it also carries the risk of triggering the conflict since World War II and the strategy is not likely to convince the Kim regime to abandon its nuclear arsenal.
The president has previously threatened to unleash "fire and fury" on North Korea and warned that he could be forced to "completely ruin" the rogue state.
Pyongyang's foreign minister in September said that Trump had "declared war" on his nation and that Kim's regime would think about shooting down American bombers. The White House later clarified the notion that the U.S. had declared war. President Donald Trump mentioned in a tweet on Sunday that Kim Jong Un had insulted him by naming him "old" and said he'd never call Kim "fat and short." Trump remarked after attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Vietnam. In a succession of tweets, he also said Chinese President Xi Jinping had been "upping sanctions" on North Korea in response to its nuclear and missile programs which Xi wanted "denuclearize." While Trump is visit to Beijing, last week Xi repeated that China would strive for the denuclearization of North Korea but offered no hint it would alter tack on North Korea, with which it fought side by side in the 1950-53 Korean war against U.S.-led forces. One of Trump's tweets read: "Why could Kim Jong-un insult me by calling me 'old,' when I would NEVER call him 'short and fat?' Oh well, I try so difficultly to be his friend - and maybe someday that will happen!" Speaking later in Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, Trump said "it'd be very, very pleasant" when he and Kim became buddies. "This may be a strange thing to happen, but it's a chance," he said. INSULTS AND THREATS Amid escalating tension over Pyongyang's nuclear and missile programs as North Korea races toward its objective of creating a missile capable of reaching the United States, Trump has traded insults and threats with Kim -. North Korea conducted its most demanding and most powerful nuclear bomb test on Sept. 3, prompting another round of U.N. sanctions.
In September Kim explained Trump as a "mentally deranged U.S. dotard" whom he would tame with passion. His comments came after Trump jeopardized in his maiden United Nations speech to "completely ruin" the country of 26 million people if the United States were threatened. Trump tweeted in September: "Just heard Foreign Minister of North Korea talks at U.N. If he echoes ideas of Little Rocket Man, then they won't be around much longer!" North Korea has conducted dozens of missile tests in defiance of all U.N. sanctions. It has pledged to never give up its weapons programs, saying they're necessary to counter from the United States and its allies. The U.S. has said that all choices, such as military, are on the table, although its taste is to get a diplomatic option. Carrying placards announcing "Dump Trump" and "Down with U.S. Imperialism", the left-wing protesters were blocked by police in riot gear with shields and batons, and then showered by jets of water in the fire engine. "Trump is the leader of the imperialist administration in the US, said a student, Alexis Danday after the protesters were scattered. "We all know he's here to push for unfair treaties between the Philippines and the U.S." Trump was expected to arrive in the Philippines at roughly 5 pm for meetings with leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) along with other East Asian nations, fresh off an Asia-Pacific summit and also bilateral visit in Vietnam. In Hanoi Trump said he was prepared to mediate between claimants were Taiwan competition China and four ASEAN countries claims to the waterway. "If I could help mediate or arbitrate, please allow me to know," Trump said in a meeting with Vietnam's president, Tran Dai Quang. "I'm a very good mediator and arbitrator."
In August, foreign ministers of SEA and China selected a negotiating platform for a code of conduct in the South China Sea, a move they hailed as progress. The framework seeks to progress a 2002 Declaration of Conduct (DOC) of Parties in the South China Sea, which has largely been dismissed by claimant states, especially China, which has assembled seven artificial islands in contested waters, three of them equipped with runways, surface-to-air missiles, and radars. The framework is going to be supported by China and the ten countries of ASEAN in Manila on Monday, a diplomat from one of the regional bloc's countries said. But, the former US vice-president, both Gore, and Jerry Brown told the Guardian they were confident if Trump is defeated in the presidential election the US will recover its leadership position. Gore and Bloomberg, the former mayor of New York, are doing a wide coalition of climate change hawks from US countries, cities and businesses in Bonn, where UN climate talks are being held. This alliance is in sharp contrast to the official US delegation, which will be representing the only national government on the planet that doesn't wish to be part of their Paris climate accords. "I haven't had any discussions with [Trump] since his address to withdraw from Paris. I tried his best and believed he'd come to his senses, but I've been proven wrong," Gore, who met with Trump during the transition to attempt to affect his thinking, told the Guardian. "I really don't believe I have the ability to change his thoughts. He has surrounded himself with the absolute worst of climate deniers who seem to have captured his mind on the problem." Trump has aligned with Scott Pruitt, the US Environmental Protection Agency's head Who's a critic of the Paris deal. Pruitt has cast doubt on whether carbon dioxide drives global warming, and maintained there is "tremendous debate" among scientists on climate change. Several former and current members of this administration, including Stephen Bannon and Mick Mulvaney, have also previously disregarded signs for climate science fiction. Gore, who is now one of the world's top voices on climate change, said other countries are "aghast" in Trump's withdrawal from climate policy but said the reaction both within the U.S. and overseas is hopeful. "The US states have made a tremendous difference and I think that the response of the rest of the planet has minimized the harm done by Donald Trump," he said. "The response to Trump is if anything stronger than the action Trump is taking. "This experiment with Trump is under a year old and in mathematics, experiments are sometimes cut short early. That feels like a picture I've seen, although I'm not saying this will happen this time. "We went off the rails a bit in the previous election. I think that the rest of the planet understands that the Trump interval is an unfortunate departure from what the US is known for when we are at our finest. Those who have acknowledged US leadership mourn its loss and let's hope it is short-lived." Brown also said he sees little point attempting to sway the Trump government. "The official policy of the US is that climate change is a complete and complete hoax conceived by Chinese conspirators," that the California governor told the Guardian. "That is so ridiculous that engagement on that foundation is merely useless." The California governor stated mid-term elections from the US following year might pressure position to change. "He is an action orientated individual, not a politician, so who knows," he said.
"Finally we won't have a denier in the White House forever. We're engaged in a great political struggle between the deniers who want to turn over the world to scientists and fossil fuel interests and concerned activists that wish to see decarbonization. "Donald Trump is a tiny stage in the total climate element. We are currently facing a moment of truth over if we can decarbonize or see. "We've got a political sidebar we could tweet about. However, the existential problem is that species have been ruined, ecologies are being degraded, and mankind is on the chopping block. This is not the time for politics, but it's the time for courageous action." Brown has attempted to step in the vacuum made by US withdrawal by holding dozens of events and meetings with national leaders, UN officials and NGOs across Europe. The governor has caught on a role highlighting the impact of sub-national entities like California, which would have the sixth biggest economy on earth if it had been a country and has implemented a 'cap and trade' emissions trading system that may soon be connected to a similar mechanism utilized by European Union nations. "I wish to strengthen the coalition of nations and states in order to do everything possible to decrease carbon emissions," Brown stated. The Bonn talks, which will last until 17th of November are largely in assisting countries implementing the goals of the Paris agreement, where almost 200 countries agreed to limit global warming to 2C above the pre-industrial era an exercise. Trump has vowed to pull against on the US but under the rules of the pact, he is going to be not able to do this until 2020. In Bonn, the US delegation is expected to follow the lead of their president, a vocal supporter of fossil fuels, by extolling the benefits of "efficient" coal, nuclear energy and natural gas. The internet. Britain has a long history of inventing brilliant new technologies, processes and designs, but how do we make sure they become successful, money-and-job-creating products, companies and industries?
In this short infographic, we address some of the ways British companies can become world-beaters. Starting a business is not easy. Giving up the benefits of a paycheck to delve into the unknown, an unpredictable abyss. A whole lot of things keep us from making the leap--things like panic and insecurity. And yet one thing above all the rest: motivation. When I reminisce about my days as an athlete, I learned what was different. I recalled exactly what or who made me push myself even if I did not want to. The difference was, as an athlete, I'd structured days and a trainer to report to. Structure keeps us focused and also a coach keeps pushing and challenging us. Thankfully I passed this point, and I founded an online coaching service that helps people reach their targets. I decided to collect with other people, like you, striving to enhance themselves and also to share them. So, here are ten tips for attaining anything you want in life.
1. Focus on commitment, not inspiration. How dedicated are you to your goal? How significant is it to you, and what are you prepared to sacrifice to achieve it? Inspiration will follow if you find yourself fully dedicated. 2. Seek knowledge, not outcomes. Your motivation will be fueled if you concentrate enhancing, exploring and experimenting. Your motivation will probably be like weather if you focus on outcomes--it will die the minute you hit a storm. Therefore the secret is to concentrate on the journey, not the destination. Keep thinking about what you're learning along the way and what you could improve. 3. Make the travel fun. It is an amazing game! The minute you make it serious, there is a significant chance it'll start carrying a heavy psychological weight, and you will get rid of perspective and become stuck again. 4. Get rid of stagnating thoughts. Feelings and influence feelings determine how you view your work. You have a whole lot of thoughts in your head, and you always have a choice of which ones to focus on: those that can make you emotionally stuck like fears or doubts or the ones that will propel you ahead like excitement, trying new things and experimenting. 5. Use your imagination. After eliminating unwanted thoughts, next step is to use your creativity. You are full of energy when things go well, and you have to be more lively when you're currently experiencing difficulties. Rename your situation. If you continue repeating I hate my job, guess which feelings those words will evoke? It's a matter of imagination! You can always find something to learn from the boss in the world in the most boring job. I have a fantastic exercise for you for three days, believe and say things just. See what happens. 6. Stop being nice to yourself. Motivation means action and action bring results. Your activities fail to deliver. So you rather be nice to yourself than put yourself in a situation. You wait for a chance, as you drive yourself into melancholy and at times even into stagnation. Challenge yourself to do something that you wish to do if you are afraid. 7. Get rid of distractions. Distractions and meaningless things will always be in your way, particularly those things you would rather do instead of focusing on projects that are challenging and meaningful. Learning is most essential. Compose a listing of time-wasters and hold yourself accountable not to do them. 8. Do not rely on other people. You should never assume others to do anything for you, not even friend, your spouse or boss. They are all working towards their own needs. Nobody will make you happy or achieve your aims. It's all on you. 9. Plan. Know your three steps ahead. You don't need more. Complete your weekly calendar, noting when you need to do things, what and how. When-what-how is crucial when scheduling. Also, review how each day went and what you heard and think on what you could improve. 10. Protect yourself. It's easy when you're very inspired to burn out. Watch yourself to recognize any symptoms of fatigue and take time to break. Your body and head rest when you schedule your fun time in your weekly calendar. Do tasks, keep shifting between something still and logical, something bodily and creative, working with a group and alone. Switch locations. Meditate, take deep breaths, close your eyes, or focus on a single thing for five minutes. You absence of motivation is not due to not having a goal or are lazy. The most athletes, wealthiest business people or even the greatest stars get lost. What makes them motivated is the fascination about just how much better or faster they can get. So above all, be curious, and this can direct you to success and your goals.
